We use state-of-the-art approaches to decipher the role of astrocytes and other glial cells in disease
single-nucleus RNAseq
We have been using snRNAseq since 2018 -- our lab has extensive experience with this technique. From tissue to fully processed data, we do it all. We do not stop there, we use validated data to generate and test hypotheses.
Spatial Transcriptomics
We use 10X Visium on a large scale. We combine multiplex immunofluorescence with spatial transcriptomics to inform deconvolution and ,at the same time, validate results.
